Place your order via phone - A customer service representative will help you with the order process. Phone orders can be placed  Mon-Fri 9:30am-5:00pm, Sat-9:30-12:30pm.

Place your order via the Print Order Form - Place your order online, print out the order form, fill in your payment method and send with payment to Devine Treasures 24 Reynolds Drive Paralowie, SA 5108

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Please contact us for shipping prices.

Special Gift Purchases - Have your purchase gift wraped and sent to another address as a gift at NO EXTRA COST. Please tell the customer service representaitve if your order is to be a special gift purchase when ordering over the phone. For online ordering please enter the nominated address in the your comments box provided in checkout and for postal ordering please enter the nominated address in the Deliver To section on the order form.

CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION LETTER AND /OR E-MAIL CONFIRMING THEIR ORDER AND DETAILS ARE CORRECT.

If you wish to make changes to one of the products on this site or have something different in mind please contact our sales manager.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Credit Card - Pay using your VISA or MasterCard online safely through PayPal or by using the Postal Order Form.

Bank Deposit - Bank Deposit payments must include a reciept of payment sent with the Postal Order Form.

Money Order - Sent with Postal Order Form and made payable to Devine Treasures 24 Reynolds Drive Paralowie, SA 5108.

Cash - On pick up only.

ORDER COLLECTION OPTIONS:

Pick Up - Customers will be contacted by a service representative when order is ready for collection.

Freight - All items will be delivered through Australia Post Registered Mail. Postage, Handling and Insurance is included in the freight charge.

International Shipping - All items will be shipped via Air Mail. Items can be shipped through Express International Post by customer request only. Please contact us for international shipping prices before ordering.

Gift Deliveries - Purchase an item and have it delivered to a different address nominated by you at NO EXTRA COST.

Each Additional Item - $7.90   (Australia Only)

Postage, handling and insurance are included in the freight charge.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Items damaged through postage (e.g. visible damage to the outside of the box) should be returned, with the damaged box to the local Post Office. Ask to fill in a claim form for damaged goods. If the damage is not due to a damaged box, call our customer service team immediately. Please advise us before returning goods.
